Events and Appearances
- May 24, 2012: Caryn will be appearing at The Soundtrack Series at (Le) Poisson Rouge at 8pm. “The Soundtrack Series is a live storytelling event based on music.”
- April 10, 2012: Caryn is part of Vol. 1 Brooklyn‘s “The Greatest 3-minute…” stories, this time featuring the Greatest 3-minute Punk Stories. The event will be at General Assembly in Brooklyn.
- January 26, 2012: Caryn will be reading (along with the amazing Rosie Schaap) at Pete’s Reading Series at Pete’s Candy Store in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The reading starts at 7:30pm.
- October 2, 2011: Caryn will be the guest on Dave Marsh’s “Kick Out The Jams” show on Sirius/XM channel 30. We will be talking about the book, but mostly discussing the Who. This is a conversation that’s been waiting to happen for years now, so don’t miss it. The show is live at 10am, and rebroadcast 10/5 at midnight.
- September 14, 2011: Caryn is reading at “A Night of Baseball Writing”, an event organized by WORD, Largehearted Boy, and Vol. 1 Brooklyn.
- August 25, 2011: “You Sure Know A Lot About Music For A Girl” – reading and NYC book launch party, featuring writers from the Village Voice, Billboard, Rolling Stone and the Seattle Weekly.
- August 18, 2011: Caryn read from B-sides and Broken Hearts at Vol. 1 Brooklyn & Nerve’s “Greatest 3-minute Sex, Drugs and Rock & Roll Stories.
